Our People amp; Culture team is looking for an experienced HR (People) Operations Manager to join them! This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the full employee life cycle, globally. You will learn about labour laws, compliance and people matters across a number of countries, working with people from different parts of the world.
What you'll do...
- First contact for new starters at WorkMotion
- Draft work contracts and ensure a compliant amp; successful start
- Successfully manage daily employee queries and take care of further administrative tasks
- Constantly maintain our HR operating system
- Prepare monthly payroll
- Successful off-boarding handling
- Constant exchange with several stakeholders and partners to ensure employee happiness
- Together with the team take our internal people operations procedures to the next level and support us in several amazing initiatives (e.g. automation improvements, handbook development, leadership topics, culture topics, etc.)
What we're looking for...
- Degree in business administration, economics, psychology or comparable
- 1 - 3 years of work experience in HR / People Operations
- Experience working with an HRIS
- Interest in human resources and labor law issues
- Excellent communication skills, enjoy working with people and you are a real team player
- Outstanding organizational skills, with an independent working style
- Familiar with a dynamic work environment (start-up field)
- Handling of sensitive data with absolute trust and discretion
- Full business proficiency in English and French C1 level
