VOTRE MISSION /YOUR MISSION :
Fueled with a 3X growth over the last 3 years and a large Series B (35M$), Potloc is expanding very fast. The sales team, composed of 40+ contributors, is growing to reach 60 people by the end of the year and more than 100 by Q1 2023. Its success relies on its ability to train juniors, hire sales leaders, and integrate people from different backgrounds.
To structure and scale the team, we are searching for a Chief of Staff to deploy the VP Sales' strategy across the entire organization.

Son succès repose sur sa capacité à former des juniors, à recruter des commerciaux et à intégrer des personnes d'horizons différents.
Pour structurer et dimensionner l'équipe, nous recherchons un.e Chief of Staff pour déployer la stratégie du VP Sales dans toute l'organisation.VOTRE QUOTIDIEN / YOUR DAY TO DAY AT POTLOC :
  • Main Mission: Accompany the VP sales in the process improvement to reduce friction in the sales day to day.
  • Create and optimize 100% of the sales documents and processes to organize the team
  • Ex: Compensation plan structure
  • Benchmark the best practices to keep the 3x growth pace year over year and therefore ensure the sales team’s journey to IPO by 2027
  • Ex: Find the best way to organize the lead attribution between the different team members in a fair but efficient way by looking how it’s done in the best sales organizations
  • Organize learnings (through notion, 360learning and coaching session) to decrease by 30% time to productivity
  • Ex: Identify the main knowledge the team needs to be aware of, identify a sales expert, organize the learning content, deploy the learning within the team.
  • Lead sales meeting organization to flow efficiently strategic information. Make sure 100% of the content is understood and used by the team.
  • Ex: Organize the Monthly Sales Meeting
  • Prepare and structure interactions between the VP sales and his team.
  • Ex: Define a framework to approve the individual targets between the VP sales and his directors
  • Prepare and structure interactions between the VP sales and the other Potloc leaders
  • Ex: Structure interaction between Sales and Marketing / Sales and Product
  • Manage the sales team systems to ensure data integrity, performance review and uncover areas of opp
