We are looking for an outstanding Account Executive to continue our growth story and help us drive our business to the next level.Based in Paris (or in full remote) and reporting to the Lead Business Developement of EU ManoFulfillement team, you will be in charge of accelerating ManoFulfillment growth, identified by the E.Team as the one of the main growth lever for ManoMano, by identifying, recruiting and accompanying sellers to become successful in all our european markets.Your outstanding sales, organizational and communication skills, combined with your strong e-commerce knowledge will enable you to successfully operate and overachieve your objectives in a fast-moving environment. Your missions:
  • Identify
Within ManoMano’s network of selling partners you will build your hunting list and prioritize your work. Identify and reach out to the best potentials.
  • Pitch
Act as a consultant, expert of ManoFulfillment solution and convince the seller to leverage our european fulfillment network
  • Deal
Negotiate and secure the best business terms to ensure the highest chance to turn the partnership into success.
  • Develop
Manage the integration on our platforms and pilot the business and quality performance of your new sellers portfolio during their launching period.
  • Innovate
Overcome any obstacles autonomously with innovative solutions. Implement best practices.Profile Requirements :
  • 2+ years of experience working in ecommerce sales, buying or account management
  • Fluent in French amp; English (and Spanish or Italian is a plus)
  • Autonomous and adaptable, able to work in a constantly changing environment
  • You love pitching and negotiating with business owners and senior leadership. Persistent, you never give up!
  • You have strong work rigour and analytical skills with the willingness to learn continuously in a demanding environment
