Job target / Raison d'être Preligens has developed efficient monitoring tools based on an automated analysis of geospatial information and multiple other sources. By combining state-of-the-art AI techniques in both Computer Vision and Deep Learning, Preligens provides its customers with more reliable and more precise information, thus enabling faster interventions for a safer environment.Our fast growth (x5/year) is fueled by international development (UK, Germany, US) and development of new product lines.You will join the AI Engineering team to improve our AI internal product for AI Industrialization and to develop / improve new AI NLP algorithms.
Main areas of accountability / Périmètre de responsabilitésYou will be part of a dedicated team that aims to constantly improve the AI tool in order to industrialize the development of our AI algorithms. As an AI Engineer specialized in NLP, you will be responsible for the ongoing design, development, test and industrialization of our AI NLP algorithms, as part of one of our squads.
Main activities / Activités principales Developing, training and testing the machine learning / deep learning NLP algorithms using our AI framework Contributing to the specifications of our AI framework to improve productivity. Developing and integrating into our AI framework state-of-the-art methods of the deep learning literature or innovations from our AI Research team Ensuring the code quality of our AI framework by applying good practices and following the recommendations and guidelines put in place by the other members of the team, and coach team members. Improving the existing code of the AI framework, to improve performance and ease of use. Collaborate with the team on specifications amp; QA, collaborate with the team and product teams on technical best practices Work closely with all teams and business experts to understand the end-users' needs.Influence on results / Dimensions caractéristiquesMust-haves: Education in the field of data science / deep learning / NLP / computer science (Master degree, or PHD) At least 2 years of experience in data science and NLP (most of it in deep learning) Good Python / Software development skills Autonomy, organizational skills, and good reporting capabilities Very pragmatic, analytical and problem solving skills Willingness to take on challenges, show resiliency and like to always learn new skillsNice-to-haves: Strong skills in programmation, in particular in python 3 (OO programming, tdd, or unit test are not unknown words for you) Strong knowledge in TensorFlow Good knowledge of Transformer architecture Proficiency with docker Experience working in a startup environment
