Tu rejoins notre team People (6 personnes) pour travailler avec la HR Operations Lead.
Tes missions :1/ Tu participeras au suivi administratif de Heetch sur son périmètre Europe :- Gestion entrées sorties (déclarations, visites médicales, mise à jour du RUP)- Participations aux déclarations sociales annuelles (Agefiph)- Participation à la paie FR (et autre pays si tu es à l’aise) : saisie des EFP amp; EVP, gestion des absences,...
2/ Tu contribueras à mettre à jour et faire évoluer notre SIRH (Lucca)- Tu piloteras le suivi des onboarding/offboardingsMise à jour des fiches salariés- Réponse aux questions amp; demandes des salariés- Production de reportings afin de tracker des KPIS (turnover, etc.)
3/ Tu travailleras sur les projets RH du moment :- Participation avec la HR Ops à l’animation du CSE (participation à la rédaction des ODJ et des PV de CSE)- Rédaction des accords d’entreprise négociés avec le CSE- Partage chaque semaine des dernières actus pertinentes en droit social
Ton Profil :Si tu es en M1/M2 master RH, droit social, ou en reconversion professionnelle,- Que tu recherches un stage à compter de mars/avril 2022- Que tu as :gt; un bon niveau d’anglaisgt; des bases en droit du travail et des contratsgt; déjà travaillé avec le Pack Office ( Sur Excel : TCD et rechercheV un plus)gt; pas d’allergie aux chiffres (paie oblige)...
