As a Customer Deliverability expert , you will work directly with our customers to help them improve their email programs, to provide best practices and recommendations based on the email industry best practices. You will be working closely with our Customer Success team, our Technical Support, Deliverability team, Sales, to develop strategies that improve our customer's experience at Sendinblue.This is a great opportunity to be a part of a dedicated team and join one of the NEXT 40 startups in France!Responsibilities:
  • Help, coach and monitor a portfolio of assigned customers on Deliverability topics
  • Proactively and reactively identify Deliverability issues and provide remediation options
  • Help our customer on their Deliverability onboarding at Sendinblue:
- Design the perfect warm up plan- Align the right IP setup with customer's email sending flows- Implement sender authentications
  • Provide help on email strategy improvements, to define long term plans for our customers
  • Provide reporting with all key metrics translating the success and performances of our customer's sending
  • Monitor individual customer email metrics and help them to improve their email reputation
Profile:
  • At least 2+ years experience in Deliverability, Technical Account Manager or similar role preferably in a SaaS company
  • Strong ability to understand, manage and drive customers needs and strategy
  • Proven track record of sustained target achievement
  • Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills (English amp; French)
  • Ability to drive issues resolution and work in collaboration with all departments (sales, product, customer experience, finance, etc.)
  • Data-driven amp; team-player
