Binance is looking for a PR Specialist to inspire growth, excitement and education about Binance and our products and the cryptocurrency industry.
With over 10 million users worldwide, we are looking to expand our reach even further. This role will work on-site or remotely as part of a small team with the responsibility of expanding our brand awareness both online and offline.Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a highly-effective tier one media strategy to better tell Binance’s story
• Lead pitching of proactive news stories to influential French media outlets
• Coordinate with Central team to ensure a coherent global story
• Seek out content and partnership opportunities to promote Binance’s thought leadership, including speaking engagements and platforms
• Define a cohesive and comprehensive PR plan across France that supports both the regulatory compliance agenda and the product and tech thought-leadership objectives
• Develop and execute internal and external communications plans around local market strategies; support all stages of communications from strategic messaging to dissemination
• Develop strong media relations and oversee media relations programs locally
• Lead on key announcements/write press releases, develop messaging documents and FAQs
• Develop local stories and campaigns across channels for localized strategies and messages; manage local and regional editorial calendars
• Crisis and reputation management with rapid decision-making with internal stakeholders and leadership team
• Conduct monthly and quarterly/half yearly reports
• Manage PR-related budgets

Requirements

• Experience buying/trading bitcoin/crypto or understanding of Binance’s products and ecosystem
• 5+ years of experience in PR, communications and or journalism
• Bachelor's degree in PR, journalism, communications or related field

• Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision and strong follow up skills; proactive and collaborative
• Attention to detail with superior organisational and communication skills
• Excellent project and time management skills; able to prioritise and work under pressure
• Experience and works well in a fast-paced environment
• Must speak local language (French) and have a strong grasp of English
