Do you have a good relationship, a customer relationship experience and do you like to take up challenges?Come and join the Customer Department in a young and dynamic team Success looking for our new Customer Success Officer Germany (M/W) to enlarge the internal team and support the growth of the company.
Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will accompany and participate in the following missions:- Answer the needs ofManoMano.decustomers by email, chat and telephone;- Negotiate with customers and merchants to resolve complex disputes;- Follow up on orders and manage complaints by providing relevantand responses adapted toManomano.decustomers independently or ininteraction with internal specialists;- Be able to analyze possible problems of customers and provide the required solution internally;- Contribute to the development and optimization of customer service tools.

Profile required:
Benefiting from a first experience in customer relations, you have a temperament commercial, and a real sense of customer relationship.You are very motivated by this opportunity and you have the ability to integrate into a successful and motivated team.- You are bilingual German (impeccable written and oral)- You are fluent in English- Ability to be proactive- Customer centric / customer orientation- Taste of service, logical rigor- Responsiveness, empathy, adaptability and flexibility- Strong team spiritWe're actively seeking applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
