ManoFulfillment is a strategic pillar of ManoMano growth. It enables sellers - from all around the world - to benefit from ManoMano best in class transport and logistic experiences and grow their sales across europe. When sellers join the ManoFulfillment program, they benefit from a sales uplift thanks to a better customer promise (free shipping, express delivery, large choice of delivery options, etc).
With a tremendous growth in volumes expected for the next 2 to 3 years, and a level of complexity on physical and IT flows that is increasing exponentially, ManoMano is recruiting a talented France Transport Manager.
France Transport Manager is in charge of defining and managing the french transport panel. Main tasks includes
- Define the best transport strategy for your market (delivery option, delivery promise, cost)- Manage day-to-day operations with our carrier partners, in order to ensure the highest quality in term of on-time delivery, quality of service- Organize and manage the weekly, monthly and quarterly business review with our partners- Manage the transport costs: analyse monthly costs, identify improvement opportunity and engage with all the stakeholders to ensure the implementation- Improve our offer, by building new processes and referencing new carrier enabling to increase the diversity of products we can handle in our fulfillment program
Your work will have a considerable impact on ManoMano’s growth.
Your missions :- Define Transport Purchasing Strategy to provide best-in class transport solution- Lead Tender, business negotiations amp; pricing- Lead carrier contract creation and review- Analyse Carrier performance and communicate weekly- Fix best in-class standards for carrier contracts (SLAs, processes, risk management)- Propose and implement continuous improvement projects, including inside our DC- Coordinate IT developments with the tech team for new features implementation- Contribute to develop a responsible supply-chain- Identify and implement innovative solutions to offer the best customer experience- Work closely with the finance team to identify costs improvement opportunities
Preferred experience :- Strategic thinking- Excellent business negotiation skills- Transport market expertise (last mile, parcel, FTL, groupage)- Transport operation experience (transport plan, network optimisation)- Very strong analytical skills required- Autonomous, business driven, strong rigour in the workplace- Curious and passionate about innovation in ecommerce/marketplace- Fluency in French and English- Able to work in a constantly evolving scale-up environment
Position eligible to full remote in France (few business trips to the French warehouse to plan)We're actively seeking applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
