Your mission2021 is a year of great ambitions for our Talent Acquisition team with 280+ positions to fill in our 7 countries where we have offices (Brazil, France, Germany, Poland, Russia, Spain, Ukraine). In order to achieve this ambitious target, we would like to hire 2 interns to support our growth. Our Talent Acquisition amp; Employer Branding team is composed of 14 people, located in 2 countries and trully international (9 nationalities). This team's mission is to attract and hire the right talentsto support the growth of our business,with our culture and diversity at the center.Your responsabilities
- Be responsible of the hiring process of junior positions (internships for all functions amp; Community Relations team
- Support Talent Acquisition Managers in their sourcing efforts
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers to ensure a positive, smooth and timely candidate experience
- Contribute on specific Projects
