Your Mission
BlaBlacar is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join the Paid Acquisition team. The team is responsible for all online marketing channels (strategic planning, executing, optimizing) such as Google, Facebook, Bing, TikTok, Teads etc. for all markets and products.
You will be joining a very skilled and motivated team of paid marketing experts, whose goal is to accelerate BlaBlaCar’s growth via efficient marketing activities. You’ll directly contribute to scaling consumer acquisition (passengers and carpool drivers) through the most efficient marketing strategy and operation. You will be responsible for the paid acquisition channels for a given scope as well as driving cross-teams innovation projects.Your responsibilities
  • Managing and optimizing marketing channels on a daily basis in order to meet ROI objectives and provide the right level of reporting to different stakeholders
  • Supporting the development of annual and quarterly business plans for traffic acquisition and generating revenues
  • Aligning with the Regional Marketing team as well as the Marketing Strategy team on branding and performance strategies to reach company’s OKRs
  • Driving innovation (latest marketing products to be tested, internal growth project etc.)
Your qualifications
  • You have at least 2 years of marketing experience (internships included) with knowledge of different advertising platforms: Google, Facebook, Bing, etc.(mandatory/required)
  • You have strong analytical skills, allowing you to extract meaningful insights from your campaign’s data and turn them into actionable strategies
  • You have excellent communication skills, you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing amp; learning from others
  • You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks
  • Detailed-oriented, diligent and organized
  • Ability to coordinate actions and projects with different teams
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Nice to have: hands-on experience of campaigns management with high investments
