The Chief of Staff works directly with the CEO and the full C-suite to design and orchestrate the company-wide Strategic Planning through major initiatives generating an impact across the full business. Acting as the right hand of the CEO, this role puts in place reporting and tools enabling strategic decisions.

- Works close to CPO to identify strategic planning to ensure growth and seeks our opportunities for build or buy
- Partners with the CFO and members of the executive team to evaluate the current financial performance of the company and identify specific areas in need of improvement
- Construct all the dashboards and KPIs to manage company goals which allow to demonstrate the health of the business.
- Must be able to challenge all functions KPIs to drive alignment and ensure achievement of company goals.
- Connect the dots across all business strategies.
- Provide data and analysis on overall performance.
- Inputs on growth strategy and business plan development, informed by a deep understanding of player needs, market conditions and the competitive environment.
- Closely involved in driving the execution of the growth strategy and business plans, partnering closely with the leadership team.
- Supports the evolution of the organisation and governance processes to deliver on growth objectives, and the identification and prioritisation of new business opportunities.

- Strong analytical skills, you know how to apply healthy skepticism to help a business grow towards excellence
- Exceptional communication skills and must be comfortable giving presentations to any level, from the board to hands-on employees.
