En 5 ans, notre équipe est passée de 4 à 150 personnes et nous accompagnons aujourd’hui plus de 7000 clients sur tous les secteurs. Nous travaillons notamment avec Accor, Biocoop, le Groupe Bertrand, Pharmavie, Yves Rocher, Starbucks ou encore Intermarché.
Notre ambition est de créer des outils toujours plus performants pour accompagner nos clients au mieux dans l’atteinte de leurs objectifs et de leur succès. Pour cela, nous avons effectué une levée en Série B de 40M auprès de fonds experts dans le domaine (Partech, Aglaé Ventures amp; XAnge), et nous prévoyons de doubler nos effectifs en 2022 pour devenir leader européen.
Notre expansion internationale débute en 2021 avec notre présence en Belgique, en Suisse, en Espagne, en Allemagne et en Italie !

Your mission :
At Skello, we are convinced that our product is our most valuable asset in order to grow even more exponentially. As the first Conversion Specialist (CRO) (or Product Growth Manager) of the team, you will own and drive the product growth efforts and be responsible for an outstanding amp; flawless registration amp; onboarding experience.Concretely, you missions will include : optimizing our self service amp; demo funnel, increase amp; develop our in-app upsell conversion rates, jointly with the CS team amp; our upsell managers. You will also be responsible for the onboarding funnel conversion rates, jointly with our Product Marketing team.
As the first Conversion Specialist (CRO) of the team, you will play a key role in evolving our growth strategy and have the opportunity to bring value to Skello from day one !

What you will be doing :
  • Analyze our performance:you identify the main drops and pain points on our conversion paths with qualitative amp; quantitative data and measure the impact of new actions.
  • Define the Website/Landings Conversion Roadmap:you identify amp; prioritize relevant projects, features amp; ideas to increase our conversion for our 5 markets (France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland amp; Belgium)
  • Improve Conversion KPIs:you will develop an A/B testing method to test new ideas, get insights and continuously improve the conversion rates of the website (landing pages), but also on our product (post sign-up).
  • Ensure our landing pages are up-to-date and localized for each market according to our brand positioning and our latest features/partnerships:you work closely with the Marketing, Product Marketing amp; Local Teams to be sure that our new products or features are visible, well-understood, and make prospects convert.

As part of the Product team, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, Product Marketing Managers, the tech team, but also our marketing team amp; international teams! You might be a good fit if you :
  • You have experience (at least 3 years) as a Product Manager in an e-commerce environment and want to discover the world of B2B OR you have been a conversion manager / conversion specialist, and you want to be more involve in the product.
  • You are proactive, and want to be 100% owner of your projects. You will have a key role in the company, so it's essential you are
  • You are data driven : all you think about, are the data, and how they're going to help you make a decision.
  • You are empathetic
  • You are thorough and attentive to details
  • You are fluent in French amp; English. German or Spanish is a plus !
  • You know how to use A/B test tools such as Optimizely, AB Tasty...
  • You know how to use tools such as webflow, but also pendo, appcues or intercom product tours..
