Ledger is strengthening its Global Talent Acquisition Team by recruiting a TA Marketing Specialisto help shaping and driving our Employer Brand Strategy across the Globe.
You will manage and be involved in a variety of activities ranging from global marketing projects to localized content creation, from digital marketing campaigns to virtual and in-person events, exploring new channels and much more.Your Impact
  • Contribute to build the LEDGER Employer Value Proposition and the corresponding Employer Branding Strategy to attract high-quality applicants
  • Contribute to the design and management of LEDGER Career Website and Social Media Recruiting/branding efforts/ strategy
  • Actively partner with our Communication, Social Media, Content Teams and TA Managers to promote Ledger Talent Brand
  • Manage contracts and relations with external job boards, recruitment/sourcing vendor partners and other selection process vendors in the areas of talent acquisition and selection/assessment.
  • Evaluate most effective drivers of sourcing talent by position and geographical area and partner with Talent Acquisition Business Managers to implement strategies to attract and hire talent.
  • Create engaging job descriptions
  • Track/analyze Talent Acquisition Marketing metrics and Create monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics
  • Attend events like Career fairs and others to represent the company to help build partnerships and create opportunities to strengthen LEDGER employee value proposition and bring awareness to our career opportunities.
  • Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community
  • Proactively seek new avenues to identify and attract candidates
  • Monitor Ledger geographic markets for hire qualified candidates
  • Generate monthly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
  • Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry
  • Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels
Qualifications
  • Previous working experience preferably as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist but candidates with previous working experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, Marketing or Advertising are also welcomed to apply
  • In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and of candidates’ selection methods
  • Hands on experience withrecruitment marketing software
  • Experience with campaigns, tagging and various technical marketing tools is preferred
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
