We are looking for an exceptionally driven individual to help build our hiring pipeline for C-Level roles. Reporting directly to the Head of Executive Recruitment, you will be helping to look for ambitious people who want to join the team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Building partnerships with C-Level managers in order to find the perfect fit to close open positions
- Building the optimal sourcing strategy to deliver KPIs
- Managing talent pools and networks to build a pipeline for future C-Level needs
- Keeping market knowledge up to date
- You have 4+ years of experience working on banking, tech or corporate positions
- Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic high-growth environment with timelines and KPIs
- Extensive experience of working with senior stakeholders
- Results-driven and numbers-oriented
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience at a fast pace, hyper-growth startup and/or agency
- Ability to get on with the job in an ambiguous environment
