About the role :
Ogury is looking for an EA to support both our Chief People Officer and our Chief Operating Officer as we scale. The role will be responsible for general day-to-day EA duties, as well as business partnering with the CPO and COO, interacting with our c-suite, the People team and multiple areas of the business. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who wants more exposure to a high-growth digital business, working directly with the C level to drive efficiencies across the team as the business grows.What will you be doing
  • As part of the pool of EAs supporting C levels, you’ll support the Chief People Officer and the Chief Operating Officer when the role is filled for any regular EA tasks:

  • Playing a key role in understanding business and functional priorities and managing different internal stakeholders.
  • Managing a dense agenda across multiple time zones, given the global nature of the business. Ultimately, acting as a filter to help effectively manage the C levels diary.
  • Organising internal events (offsites, workshops, trainings, etc), creating invites, sending agendas, coordinating travel, content and people.
  • Booking and managing travel and following through expenses requestsFrom time to time, you may need to help manage personal commitments, however this is a marginal part of the role.
  • As a member of the People team, you will support the rest of the People team when projects require scheduling support, to process purchase orders and we’d be happy to see you take the lead on some People initiatives or projects so we can continuously learn and grow from each other
About you
  • You will have experience working in a high-growth, digital tech business. Previous experience as an EA in this environment is preferred, however not essential.
