Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be in charge of the customer accounting in our Finance team.Responsibilities:- You will be in charge of the follow-up of the receivables and ageing trial balance and you will report some KPIs (DSO) and specific analytical review of the ageing balance
- You will take care of the customer reminders by setting up automatic recovery procedures and monitoring
- You will ensure the correct customer invoicing in connection with the Sales team, and the invoices provision as well (emails, chorus, ..)
- You will also participate in the reconciliation of accounts receivable for wire transfers, as well as the reconciliation of invoices and cash collection in connection with our Financial Data Analyst and Finance Manager
- You will update the accounting with the payments
Profile:- You have a minimum experience of 3-4 years in a similar role in a growing business, with high volume and diversity of clients (SAAS business experience will be a plus)
- You have a result-driven and impact-oriented mindset
- You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritise, and focus on added-value tasks
- You speak English fluently (our team is international, so are our customers !)
- You are familiar with accounting software (ERP) and comfortable as well as proactive with the use of various softwares (billing, Payment gateway,...)
- You are dynamic, proactive and you are able to challenge the current process in order to improve and to work in a dynamic environment
