We are looking for a results-driven, hands-on, and entrepreneurial individual to join our French and Benelux team. As a City Manager, you will actively support our core business growth in France, Belgium and Netherlands, one of Lime’s most important markets by owning projects to keep Lime spearheading in City compliance field.What You'll Do:
- Ensure Lime delivers an excellent level of service to its customer-cities by delivering on Lime’s service obligations to these cities and by building a strong relationship with the city representatives
- Work closely with the Government relations team at Lime and the city representatives to understand how to localise Lime’s activities and best serve the city's needs
- Coordinate with local operations teams to deliver compliance on Lime’s contractual obligations
- Build local partnerships and launch new projects to constantly improve integration of Lime service to the communities Lime serves locally
- Project manage cross-functional teams including product, software, data analytics, customer research, customer support, business development in order to deliver on Lime’s commitments to cities
- Define new processes and best practices to drive operational excellence
- Pro-actively lead efforts to align all business interests in guaranteeing City and rider satisfactions under sustainable and efficient ops
- Produce ad-hoc analysis to inform business decisions
About You:
- Passionate about urban mobility and experienced in managing corporate relationships with public entities at local or national level
- Familiarity with bringing multiple parties onboard and project manage cross functional efforts
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability to deliver precise and meaningful impact
- Bilingual in French, fluent in English, Dutch would be an advantage
- Can-do attitude, no task is below you
- Ability to navigate, decode data, use data to build compelling narratives and build compelling data reports for cities
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised individual who can work independently with tight deadlines in a multicultural environment
