Zephalto is located in the vineyards in the south of France, where the sun always shines, and close to the beach (30 mn), the mountains (les Cévennes) and the intense cultural life of Montpellier.

Job Summary

This position is for an enthusiastic leader, passionate about low-carbon human spaceflight. This person has min 6-8 years experience in Program Management and wants to lead an extraordinary team to meet the challenge. S/he works autonomously, analyzes data, leads risk and opportunity management, recommends resolutions for program problems, manages vendors, maintains progress reports, and negotiates contracts. This job may evolve into a C-level role over time.

Objectives

• Works autonomously with limited oversight to develop program plans, schedules and budgets and monitor deadlines, with commitment to meet customer expectations
• Participates in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes, including coordinating preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, operational budgets, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts to ensure legal compliance and to protect the organization’s interests
• Manage certification project amp; relationship with EASA
• Take part in recruiting outstanding collaborators
• Work collaboratively with the other Zephalto teams
