Your role
We’re looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Customer Success Manager, who will manage the growing Customer Success team in France, and be responsible for the successful development of our existing customers from their onboarding onwards.
Responsibilities
- You’re be in charge of day to day management of the Customer Success team in Paris, monitor user statistics and derive relevant actions
- You’re in charge of implementing and improving CS processes to make sure we have a 360 view and the best in class Customer Success
- You’re also in charge of your own customer portfolio, taking care of the entire customer lifecycle from the onboarding onwards
- You’re in charge of setting up customer accounts and onboarding new customers on PriceHubble solutions, and might also support sales teams prior to closing
- You’re proactively keeping a close relationship with the customers you’re in charge of, with frequent touchpoints
- Be the first line of support for inquiries from existing customers in your portfolio
Requirements
- 3yrs work experience in a CSM or account manager position in a startup / fast paced environment
- Experience in managing a small team is a plus
- Experience in technical SaaS CSM, i.e. being able to guide clients through simple API integrations
- You enjoy picking up the phone, writing e-mails, carrying out video chats or holding personal meetings in order to inspire your customers with your committed communication and attitude
- You’re comfortable with the classic CSM stack and know best practices (SalesForce / SalesLoft / Aircall)
- You have a great command of French and English (spoken and written)
- You thrive in a startup environment, and are a team player
- You have a keen interest in real estate, the software world and new technologies (AI, Big Data)
