about this role

Join our family to help drive our first stand alone retail experience at PANGAIA as Pop Up Store Manager. We are recruiting inspiring leaders, who will be responsible for driving team culture amp; engagement, facilitating daily operations, and creating an impactful amp; memorable customer experience within each touchpoint of the pop up experience.

a day in the life:

  • Create and continuously drive a kind, supportive amp; inclusive work space for a Pop up team spanning a variety of roles including Product Ambassadors, Innovation Ambassadors, and Operations Ambassadors
  • Facilitate team work flow throughout the space, supporting zoning structure and optimizing the team amp; customer experience
  • Provide leadership and expertise throughout an omni channel, technology centered, and operationally complex pop up experience
  • Execute and delegate daily pop up processes to maintain operations as well as customer and team experience
  • Maintain excellent inventory accuracy and directly support the team of Operations Ambassadors throughout shipments, inventory counts, and daily inventory maintenance practices
  • Lead by example in all pop up touch points and customer interactions, embodying expertise in brand, product, and operations
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve a shared goal in creating an elevated, singular, and exceptional customer experience


Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of management experience within a people centric retail or hospitality space
  • An empathetic and inclusive leader committed to creating an equitable team experience
  • A natural connector, adept in creating community and a collaborative working environment
  • Passionate about sustainability specifically within the fashion/apparel/retail industry
  • Excellent understanding of inventory management processes and POS systems
  • Enjoys an ever-changing environment and contains the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Preferable experience in a fast pace, high growth business and department stores
  • Preferable experience in visual merchandising
  • Preferable experience in inventory and stock management
  • Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including weekends and holiday
