Requirements
Context
- In our Code studio we are building technical assets to boost the digital transformation of our clients
- Among our tech teams (data engineers, data architects, backend developers = about 8 people)
Responsibilities
- Analyse our current system and drive our internal methodology transformation
- Fine-tune our approaches and our organization according to our strategy
- Define KPI to monitor the quality deliveries as well as the quality of work
- Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones
- Hold stand-up meeting with cross-functional teams
- Support teams and project with resource allocation and adequate tools
Skill amp; qualification
- +5 years of experience
- Technical background with coding experience is a real plus
- Equivalent position as Agile coach, scrum master
- Strong leader, coach and team member
- Excellent communicator and motivator
