Prior to the pandemic, our team supported remote-work. This has helped us transition smoothly to a full-remote company this year. We'll be keeping our HQ in Paris as home base while staying flexible to see what the future holds for our growing team. Currently, we're spread out throughout the world. We're looking for ambitious and curious teammates to take part in this adventure of growing from a start-up to a scale-up.Responsibilities

• Project management for the content marketing team
• Coordinate and manage all guest writers, set deadlines, and manage the content calendar execution
• Post our content to our different tools: CMS, YouTube, Podcasts, and our community
• Coordinate with our designers to create visual assets for the articles, and social promotions
• Coordinate with our social media manager to promote our content and create conversations around it
• Track content performance and submit regular reports
• Support with finding content contributors to our publications
• Configure, schedule and send our email newsletter
• Bonus point: assist with video editing/writing and other content tasks as able

Qualifications

• Experience working with a CMS like Wordpress, webflow, hubspot, other.
• Proficient in using hubspot for content marketing and emails
• Organized, detail-oriented, and productive
• Communicative and team player who knows how to deal with deadlines and people/project management
• A keen eye for detail and quality control
• An ambition to create compelling user experiences through content
• A good eye for design and aesthetics
• A lifelong learner who wants to grow and evolve with the team.
