Head of Controlling

We are looking for an experienced Head of Controlling to undertake all aspects of financial management, including budget and forecasts preparation, regulatory and financial reporting, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. The position will have also to build a team of business controllers (2 to 3 HC for the time being) who will manage our different markets' Pamp;L as well as the HQ.

Reporting line is to CFO. The position will be in direct contact with the CEO + all C-level of the management team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts as well as report variances
• Steer the company thanks to the budget
• Cascade/allocate to all C-level relevant budget targets
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Additional controller duties as necessary
• Implement and follow a cash forecast

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
• 7+ years of overall combined experience in Audit (Big 4) and/or in Controlling
• Experience in fast growing companies and/or Tech companies will be highly appreciated
• Agile/flexible mindset
• Fluent in English
