After-Sales Representative (German speaking)

The start-up offers a solution that allows you to locate your loved ones and pets thanks to GPS trackers that you can manage from a mobile application. To continue our rapid growth, we are actively looking for a bilingual (EN / DE) After-Sales Representative to join the After-Sales team in Brussels or Paris

What you will do:

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Improving user experience
• Attracting potential customers by answering product/delivery queries and providing comprehensive information to them
• Responding to customer enquiries by email and telephone
• Handling disputes

• Having a thorough knowledge of our product to address issues with ease

Requirements

• Under-graduate studies minimum
• Good written expression

• Problem-solving mindset
• Experience in customer support
• Good relational skills and telephone manner
• Fluent German and English (C1 minimum for both). French would be a big plus but is not a requirement
