We’re looking for a Payroll Manager to join us on this adventure - we're growing exponentially every week and you will play a crucial role in our growth and success by managing our ever increasing payroll.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain payroll information by designing systems; managing the collection, calculation, and entering of data
  • Prepare weekly payroll reports by compiling all data required in a timely and detail orientated manner
  • Manage documentation for current and new hires including contracts, legal documentation and personal information
  • Work with an external payroll provider + with internal teams including strategy, people, operations and finance
  • Provide payroll information to employees by answering questions and requests
  • Maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
  • Work closely with Operations teams to improve processes and exceed expected targets
  • Support on recruitment and employee engagement related initiatives
  • Support on important projects that benefit the wider business

Vos missions :

Paie :

  • Récolter les variables
  • Élaborer et contrôler des paies sur le périmètre de store attribué (environs 150 bulletins pour démarrage, la quantité sera augmentée en fonction de la croissance de la société)
  • Assurer le suivi du post-paie : répondre aux questions des Managers, de la Direction sur les bulletins de paie

Charges sociales :

  • Assurer les relations avec les organismes sociaux pour la bonne tenue du dossier
  • Assurer les déclarations des charges sociales mensuelles, trimestrielles, annuelles.

Administration du personnel :

  • Effectuer les attestations de salaire pour maladie, accident de travail, congé (maternité, paternité)
  • Coordonner avec les RH pour le suivi du dossier administratif du personnel lié à la paie : Mutuelle, Prévoyance, Avenant du contrat de travai
  • Élaborer les divers courriers : fin de période d’essai, avertissemen

Requirements

  • Specialized training in Payroll (if IFOCOP would be a plus)
  • Experience: at least 2 years
  • Strong payroll technique, knowledge of social law
  • Knowledge of Payfit software would be a plus
  • Proof of rigor, autonomy, discretion
  • Team player
  • Fluent in French and Englis

Profil :

  • Formation spécialisée en Paie (si IFOCOP ce serait un plus)
  • Expérience : au moins 2 ans
  • Solide technique paie, connaissance du droit social
  • Connaissance du logiciel Payfit serait un plus
  • Preuve de rigueur, d’autonomie, de discrétion
  • -Aisance relationnelle, esprit de travail en équipe
