Nathalie is hiring a HEAD OF WEB ANALYTICS #Paris ou Lyon (CDI) - 77k (70k+7k)
6 years of exp. in an e-commerce or digital agency - E-commerce and UX expertise - Google Analytics amp; AB Test - English.
MISSION : Manage and develop the Web Analytics department of the Ecommerce platform amp; agency and operate the services for all the clients
RESULTATS ATTENDUS :
Structure the web analytics offering amp; client on-boarding process ; define the standards and the level of quality expected for the client's initial on-boarding and then quarterly business reviews.
Manage 2 Web Analytics consultants; recruit and train new consultants to support the growth of the division (2 people to be recruited by the end of 2021)
Operate requested services in collaboration with accounts managers and Clients Success Managers; web analytics/UX/CRO; become a key element of the client on-boarding experience by setting a strategic eCom roadmap, assess Analytics, SEO amp; UX needs, accompany the team to clients' business reviews, communicate insights, propose UX improvement to boost clients' e-stores and websites performance.
ABOUT YOU :
Excellent communicator, empathetic, highly organized and collaborative, your strong experience in an eCommerce or digital agency allows you to build this new department which is core for the business. You have a strong expertise in web analytics especially on Ecommerce websites and you know how to operate all the services including AB tests. You bring your business vision to the table. Your N+1 is the VP Client Success based in Los Angeles and you work very closely with all the departments including Account Management, Client Success Manager, Sales and Product. The position is based in Lyon, Paris or Madrid. Of course you speak english fluently :)
