Associate Consultant, Security Risk Consulting

Delivery of Security Risk Consulting (SRC) projects. As a Paris based Associate Consultant you will be in a client focused delivery role, supporting clients and other team members to deliver security risk consulting services with a focus on security reviews, audits, planning and training. You may be additionally required to support broader crisis and security consulting tasks as required.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Undertaking fee earning consultancy, including but not limited to security vulnerability assessments (site/project/supply-chain/business), audits, planning and training focussed tasks. In addition you may be required to support security risk workshops, intrusion testing, business continuity consulting and other security consulting tasks.
• Support consultancy assignments in scoping, delivery and reporting.
• Ensure that practices, policies, strategy and services are fully aligned with client need.
• Support maintenance of client relationships; act in conjunction with consultants and key account managers.
• Maintain time and expense records to ensure accurate invoicing in accordance with company procedure.
• Delivery of tasks for clients on time, on budget, to the highest standards.
• The role may involve significant travel to client sites and Control Risks offices (across the region).

Requirements

Knowledge and experience

• Proven ability of operating successfully at a junior level, working as part of team, supporting professional delivery with a focus on quality.
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proven team player with independent capacity to also work with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to multi-task and balance competing requirements.
• Proven track record delivering ESSP, security plans for OIV or other French market specific security and business continuity consulting.

• Fluent in French.
• Fluency in Spanish a strong advantage.
• Exposure to, or delivery of, risk or management consulting.
• Excellent report, presentation and proposal writing skills in both English and French.
• Ability to liaise with and build successful client relationships.
• Ability to quickly assimilate large quantities of new information.
• Bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma in risk management or security related field.
