Solution Consultants are the go-to Mirakl experts and trusted advisors, supporting the implementation of our platform within our clients’ e-commerce ecosystem.

This team intervenes right after the closing of a deal to ensure a rapid and successful go live and gives advice on all architectural and feature-related topics that may arise.

As such, the Solution Consulting team plays a critical role in helping our multinational clients launch Mirakl’s platform and get them set for long-term success.


Mission of the Manager, Solution Consulting:

As the Manager, your role is to lead a group of Solution Consultants who specifically support our B2C customers across a wide range of industries such as consumer goods, fashion, beauty, department store, consumer electronics, sport, home

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage and develop Solution Consultants within your team,
  • Act as Technical Sponsor on projects and own relations with customers C-levels (CTO),
  • Drive the successful implementation of Mirakl solution, interacting with all teams involved, both internal (Product Manager, Labs, Business Consultant, Alliance) and external (IT teams, project manager, external integrators),
  • Provide technical and functional recommendations to clients and Solution consultants, guiding them through the best practices on Mirakl’s features and associated technologies (such as REST APIs, middleware, headless commerce, integration frameworks and common solution architectural patterns),
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Mirakl’s Platform, use cases, and services, as well as the best practices and how these provide value to our customers,
  • Work cross functionally with internal teams to provide valuable feedback and bring ideas to constantly evolve our product and use cases to enable trusted partners and system integrators outside of Mirakl,
  • Contribute to the development of the Solution Consulting team's methodology, knowledge base and tools.

Requirements

  • Graduated with a Master in Engineering, Business or equivalent,
  • 8+ years of experience with Technical implementations, preferably SaaS or in a Consulting or Project Management role. Previous customer facing experience is a must, ideally with a C-level exposure demonstrating highly professional communication skills,
  • 3 years’ experience managing direct reports within technical delivery capacity,
  • Must thrive in a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced work environment,
  • Understanding of web technologies, integration models and API is a must,
  • Some expertise in e-commerce platform (Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce or Salesforce Commerce) is a valuable asset,
  • English and French fluency any additional languages will be a great asset in the context of international expansion and working with international clients,
  • Flexible travel schedule, as you may take the responsibility of projects all across the EMEA region.
