What you will be doing

• Managing the agile developers team: handling planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing all the aspects of the project
• Comfortable working with agile models and decide deadlines
• Negotiation priority of tasks between product team, QA, and developers
• Carrying out periodical one-on-one reviews with team members
• Conducting training sessions for the team members and explaining to them the Agile method
• Animating Sprint Meeting and Daily Standup
• Creating reports about team productivity

Your profile

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in project management in the Web/Mobile environment
• Comfortable with Jira software
• Ample experience with different project development modules
• Highly motivated, goal-driven, can-do approach, autonomous
• Innovative, entrepreneurial, team player, ability to multi-task

Prior to the pandemic, our team supported remote-work. This has helped us transition smoothly to a full-remote company this year. We'll be keeping our HQ in Paris as home base while staying flexible to see what the future holds for our growing team. Currently, we're spread out throughout the world.
