Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager (open to location)

As the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition International, your role is to build and manage a sourcing team and implement a best in class sourcing strategy to help Getir hire the best talent, in-market which will ultimately help us expand our operations globally with the most talented minds in the world.

Once you build your team, your role will include leadership, day-to-day management and workload planning of a team of skilled sourcers and to ensure their productivity, engagement, and success in what they do. Beyond sourcing, you and your team will provide people and market insights to our recruitment and leadership teams and will turn these insights into sourcing tactics to fill the top of the funnel pipeline for roles that are key in our business.

Roles you and your team source for range from operations (white-collar) to professional corporate roles and may support executive and leadership hiring as well as tech. As the global operations, corporate and tech functions scale, you will work with the regional leadership team and TA managers directly to ensure the top of the funnel for these roles are filled with the best talent in the world, and ultimately enable hiring in line with expectations, core values and ultimately, with speed!

You will collaborate with your peers, the TA Managers and will guide your teams to provide the strategy and approach for market / key disciplines we source and build pipelines of talent for. This collaboration will be a key pillar of the success of your team.

What you will do;

• Build, develop and lead a team of skilled sourcers, ensuring load balancing and continuous learning opportunities
• Inspire, energise and engage your team to deliver world class sourcing results that convert to hires
• Bring to Getir the latest in sourcing techniques, tools technology and approach, learning from industry experts and adapting those learnings for our business
• Collaborate with the regional leadership, TA Managers and their teams to ensure we are honing our effort into building top of funnel volume for our most strategic pipelines
• Provide reports on productivity, progress and success ensuring minimum OKRs are met
• Build insights and market knowledge to positively impact our speed and ability to hire the best talent
• Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition and TA Managers to build world-class recruiting and sourcing practices

Requirements

Who do you need to be to do the job?

• A sourcer with a minimum 8 years experience in a search firm or rapidly scaling business, preferably with international exposure
• Keen business acumen and ability to quickly grasp concepts to be able to sell these to prospective candidates
• Experience in digital, tech or platform hiring. Operations and corporate hiring is a key bonus
• Experience managing a team of recruiters or sourcers
• A proven track record in being able to coach and mentor whilst load balancing
• Business fluency in English and preferably additional European languages
• Hunger to succeed
