About the role
As a Product amp; Project Owner Intern, your missions will be to :
- Support Product amp; Tech. lead building the squad roadmap
- Help collecting user feedback: challenge, features expectations, usage feedback, etc.
- Support the product lead in the writing of product specification amp; the design of the product UI / UX
- Contribute to tasks allocation, dependency management and subsequent capacity planning
The role also involves the administration amp; maintenance of our key project management tools which include: Coda, Jira, Confluence, Intercom, Figma, etc. You’ll be in charge of supporting tools usage within the department, new joiners training amp; act as a support to all our existing users.
Furthermore, you will work on product deployment phases:
- Help preparing proper communication to stakeholders about milestones, ETAs and other key element around the project
- Act as a support and first point of contact to clients in need of help
- Contribute to the writing and build of any documentation (e.g. user guide) to ensure deployment and a proper adoption
Requirements
- Gap year Bachelor or Master degree student
- Entrepreneur mindset, with a high level of adaptability amp; energy
- Natural ease to understand functional / technical topics
- High level of rigor, autonomy amp; natural organizational skills
- Fluent in english and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- A previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master or Technical Lead in a tech/web based companies would be a plus
