For this reason, we hold our riders to the highest standards in the industry, and we are looking for a rigorous, meticulous individual to hold rider fleet standards high and regularly raise the bar. You will be responsible for training and supporting our riders to ensure they deliver the best performance on customer experience possible.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the wider Last Mile Team and BI to develop tools and dashboards to track rider performance on a daily and order by order basis, gleaning actionable insights for opportunities to improve
  • Collaborate with lead riders and store managers to identify riders that require a coaching call, conduct those calls, escalating actions to HR when necessary
  • Identify performance issue trends, and collaborate with wider Last Mile team to identify appropriate (re)training / incentives / product improvements to improve and enhance rider performance
  • Regularly identify opportunities for process automation so that bandwidth can be focused on higher value tasks

Requirements

  • Degree from a top university
  • Highly numerate and proven analytical skills attention to detail is key
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision while working remotely
  • Extremely strong interpersonal skills evidenced in previous work experience or extracurricular activities
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work proactively
  • Previous experience managing high volume workforce in a fast paced environment, e.g. last mile delivery, retail, hotel, restaurants, airlines etc.
