We are seeking an enthusiastic and world-class Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our growing team. You will work with our Talent Acquisition Manager Northern amp; Western Europe to support the Leadership team of France, Germany, and the Netherlands on staffing their teams with the creme de la creme of Europe’s talent to create the strongest team possible. You will play a crucial role in our growth and success by attracting and identifying the best talent for our open positions in our markets.


We currently have sites across all three countries and your role will involve sourcing and guiding candidates throughout the entire recruitment process - finding strategies to attract, engage and close them! Beyond recruiting, you will provide coaching and mentoring to both other recruiters in your team as well as guidance and true business partnering advice to the leadership team within the region. You may also flex into other regions as expansion calls for it - this is a great opportunity for exposure and to add further strings to your bow!


In this role, you will:
  • Partner with key business leaders, providing guidance, advice, and best practice support on their hiring needs
  • Build strong talent pipelines, execute sourcing campaigns, and engage with talent throughout the entire recruitment process - you will be an essential part of the success of our launch in Iberia by sourcing and selecting top candidates
  • Oversee, constantly improve, and manage the overall screening and interviewing process alongside our Global Talent function and the Northern European People teams
  • Get involved in the hiring process - taking candidates from application right until offer stage - helping to manage documentation for current and new hires including legal documentation and personal information
  • Manage top of funnel recruiting including research, sourcing, and candidate assessment
  • Create new and innovative ways to attract the best people to join Getir - work alongside the GM and HRBP to develop our recruitment and onboarding strategies
  • Grow the number of roles fast and efficiently - collecting hiring metrics and reports for senior management
  • Design and create an engaging and memorable candidate experience, we want creativity and for candidates to remain engaged with our employer brand throughout the whole process
  • Understand the start-up culture and how to overcome potential recruitment obstacles for certain roles
  • Support on important projects that benefit the wider business.


Requirements

  • You are an expert in recruitment and have previously worked as a recruiter or business partner in a rapidly scaling business and you love being hands-on, providing the ultimate candidate experience, delighting and engaging them along the way
  • Proven experience in a super dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth work environment - speed is our currency here, and we have multiple locations to launch which means constant hiring pushes across the org
  • An awareness and understanding of how to overcome challenges of subconscious bias, how to be inclusive, and bring diversity into the hiring process
  • A great analytical thinker, working to fulfill KPIs and constantly innovate within your department
  • A can-do, will-do attitude goes a long way at Getir
  • Highly adaptable - in the face of adversity you don't feel afraid, you embrace challenges and change
