Job Description

Albatross CX is part of the Customer Experience Group, an alliance of agencies all focusing on elevating the Customer Experience delivered by luxury brands. In the group, four agencies collaborate closely to provide a whole set of professional consulting services to our international luxury clients. The agencies include Wisely Insights, Smart CX, Face2Face, and Albatross CX.

Albatross CX is a global Customer Experience agency specializing in measuring and analyzing the Customer Experience. Combining multiple methodologies to deliver the most insightful and impactful recommendations, the company aims to assist our global clients in delivering a better customer experience through the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. Industries we serve include the Cosmetic, Fashion, Watch amp; Jewelry, Automobile, etc. The brands we work with include but are not limited to Gucci, La Prairie, Chaumet, Boucheron, IWC, Tory Burch and Sephora.

Currently, the insight team is looking for a Customer Experience Analyst based in Paris to join our global team. You will report to your line manager who is based in Dubai and you will co-work with colleagues from Paris and other locations worldwide. Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and processing primary data
  • Analyze statistical data and deliver the insights in a story-telling way
  • Collaborate with project managers to prepare research reports and propose an action plan to clients
  • Manage project timeline, delivery and side projects for assigned regions/projects
  • Proofreading and data checking research reports to ensure deliverables are error-free
  • Collect industry information and consolidate them into reports and presentations

Requirements

  • Passionate towards the Luxury and Fashion industry
  • Detail-orientated, fast learner, good time management and able to work in a fast-paced work environment with a can-do attitude
  • Able to interpret large/small amounts of data and multi-task
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical mind and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Skills in Power BI, SQL, R or automation tool is a plus
  • Exceptional written, oral communication abilities in English and French
  • Preferably from Statistics, Marketing, Psychology or Economics background
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience as a market research analyst/project manager (within the Market Research or Marketing industry is a plus)
