Swapcard is looking for our first IT Support Engineer!
As a part of our Tech team, your missions will be the following ones:
* Inventory and asset management (leasing, redeploying used assets, EOL older assets, loss/theft process).* Handling all our hardware and software purchasing for our world wide distributed staff.* Providing in person and remote support to our world wide distributed staff. Requests will come in a ticket form.* Operate a variety of SaaS applications including : Google Workspace, Github, Atlassian, Slack and Jira for user management, access management, troubleshooting, etc.* Hardware management including troubleshooting build issues, resolving end user machine issues.* Create, update, and maintain knowledge articles regarding IT in our knowledge management system to empower teams to self-solve issues.* Create and develop the IT Support Engineering team.
What you should have
* Previous work experience as IT support Engineer.* Service desk work experience.* Minimum of 3 year experience with Mac, Windows, Linux technical support.* Minimum of 3 year experience working in a SaaS-based environment.* Highly motivated, goal driven, can-do approach.* Innovative, entrepreneurial, team player, ability to multi-task.Reasons to join us:

Prior to the pandemic, our team supported remote-work. This has helped us transition smoothly to a full-remote company this year. We'll be keeping our HQ in Paris as home base while staying flexible to see what the future holds for our growing team. Currently, we're spread out throughout the world. We're looking for ambitious and curious teammates to take part in this adventure of growing from a start-up to a scale-up.
