As we expand into new countries and new cities we need more wonderful colleagues and we are now hiring the people to hire the people...as the Recruiter - Expansion, your role will be to work with the TA Manager on the entry plan for hiring in each new market and then executing on this plan with your colleagues. Your role directly supports the expansion team of Getir and the local general managers in-market to scale their teams by hiring key roles below GM level.
You will have options - you can be based in any of the countries we are currently operating at in Europe... Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Germany, UK or France!
Your role will include day-to-day management vacancies, end to end, from working with hiring managers to confirming roles, proactively reaching out to talent in the marketplace, managing inbound applications, and leading the managers to successfully identify and place the right talent into their teams. You and colleagues will take a resourceful approach to your work and provide insights to our expansion team and will turn these insights into hiring tactics to fill key positions.
You will work on roles ranging from managers across both operations (white collar) and professional corporate roles to associates. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to hire the very best people in the market for our expanding operations, in line with company expectations, core values and ultimately, with speed!
