In a few words
We're looking for our new Customer Experience Operations Intern, to join our global team of 12 Customer Experience members. The team has members in Paris, New York, London, Munich and San Francisco!
You will report to your manager, John, based in Paris, collaborating every day with internal teams, especially Sales, Customer Success and Business Intelligence as well as external partners. You will work on on-going and new projects whose main goal is to develop and strengthen Contentsquare’s customer base globally.The day-to-day
  • Manage several projects aiming to scale the team’s initiatives
  • Develop and maintain processes for a more accurate understanding of the customer and user base
  • Consolidation of different customer data points (customer scores, KPIs, NPS)
  • Creation of cross-channel analysis (databases, KPIs, dashboards)
  • Facilitate and ease the conception of automated jobs
This will provide the team with unique customer-centric information useful for business and detail Contentsquare’s vision of its customer base.
  • You can speak and write fluent professional English amp; French.
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You are curious and have a logical, analytical amp; business mind.
  • You are a proactive team-player and also an autonomous problem solver, a solution finder.
  • You won't stop digging until you find the right solution.
  • You can work prioritize and deliver in an ever-evolving environment
  • A first experience or huge interest in the SaaS, tech start-up world is a big plus
  • Everyday tool used: Monday, Hubspot, SalesForce
  • Optional but would be super appreciated: Notion of HTML - SQL- Python - Data Management amp; Calculations - BI tools such as Data Studio, Power BI
