Requirements
Context
The apprentice will report to the group People Analytics Manager
The apprentice will contribute to the HR data collection and reporting process
Purpose
Organizing and strengthening the KPI collection process that provide an overview of the activities of the Nexans group in the areas of Human Resources, and communicating the reports within and outside the Organization.
Areas of responsibility
At Nexans Group level, manage the quarterly HR reporting and data collection process:
- Launch the reporting campaign
- Assist HR Reporters with data input and correction
- Consolidate and check consistency of HR data
- Ensure compliance with Group HR policies and procedures
- Work closely with HR Site managers and other teams to ensure data accuracy
- Reconciliate information coming from different sources (finance, Safety, etc.)
- Design and maintain HR KPI dashboards
- Communicate the reports to the stakeholders
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and benchmarks for internal and external uses
Expected results
Accurate HR Reports in accordance with group definitions, and within the deadlines

Required skills and qualifications
Strong Excel Skills
Fluency in French and English mandatory
Master’s degree in HR controlling or a related discipline
1 year of experience in Human Resources
Effective interpersonal, and communication skills
Discretion and ability to handle sensitive business information
Familiarity with business intelligence tools
Success Factors is a plus
