Developing a range of generic equipment is part of low cost strategies. We will address this subject from day one.
You will mainly work with Clyde and Guillaume, who are responsible for the design and system architecture of Launcher #1. Your job is to drive the pre-development of a ground launcher and when you need it, get support from the set up team.
First missions
- Establish our payload capability and run the trajectory from our ground launch site in western Europe
- Set all the low and high level specifications for generic reusability between the two launchers
- Drive the shuttle reusability study on our second stage (yes, it's fully reusable)
Responsibilities
- Define the architecture of launcher #2
- Lead the other fields involved in your activities and prioritize the functions to be developed
- Lead studies to evaluate technical choices according to our business plan and costs
- Develop the system architecture of our safety units for launcher #1 and #2
Requirements
- 10 years of development in the aerospace industry
- Proven experience on overall architecture for flying systems with high level of qualifications
- You are able to make high level choices based on very specific constraints of the fields
- You know how to define an exchange rate on a system with several physics
