This role is within the Criteo Retail Media business unit which delivers a monetization platform for retailers to increase ad revenue by competing for brand advertising budgets and activating shopper data.OverviewAs an Account Manager on the food vertical of the Brand Success team you will participate in the whole sales activation process within the online distribution channel.You will manage a large client portfolio, which includes companies from different industries (drinks, food cupboard, baby food, household, beauty ) such : as Mondelez, L’Oréal, Nestlé , Pamp;G, HeinekenWhat you will do
  • Strategically assess and solve client needs
  • Prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings and recommendations based on the client’s goal
  • Monitoring campaigns (traffic management) ,
  • Working in a cross-functional manner : collaborating with internal teams (Studio, Techno, Accounting, Supply and Analytics) and external (clients)
  • Delivering the highest level customer service by ensuring the quality of campaigns for our clients
  • Identifying and setting up KPI’s
  • Creating reporting, performance analysis and insights to boost performance
  • Leveraging data to negotiate complex, large-scale relationships and up-sell opportunities
Who you are
  • Curious and spontaneous who can fit within a remote team
  • Able to work effectively across functions/teams, good team player
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel / Power point)
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to understand a complex technological environment
  • Self-motivated and agile in a new business environment
  • A first experience in e-commerce is a plus
  • Strong organization, time management, project management skills.
  • Detail orientated
  • Very strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent French / English spoken and written.
