To support this hyper growth, Mirakl is looking for a People Operations Manager, EMEA.

The main responsibilities will include:

1) Ensure a first class Employee Experience

  • Manage admin onboarding process (contracts, benefits registration, HRIS data)
  • Manage internal communication on People Ops topics (new joiners presentation, Intranet updates)
  • Be the point of contact for all admin and payroll questions for EMEA employees
  • Apply strict compliance with labor laws (permanent watch on the evolution of social legislation)

2) Manage Payroll for France and EMEA countries

  • Collect and share all variable data to our external payroll providers
  • Check and validate all payslips and exit documentation
  • Lead the change of payroll providers when needed

3) Take part in transformation projects

  • Audit and upgrade our benefits offer for all EMEA countries
  • Participate actively in the implementation of new HR tools

Requirements

  • Master Degree in Social Law or Human Resources
  • Strong HR background (8 years minimum), including a solid experience in an international environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-growing company
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
  • People-oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Strong analytics skills
  • Fluency in French and English
