Nathalie is looking for a ECOMMERCE ACCOUNT MANAGER #Pari (CDI) - 66k
At least 5 years of exp. in an e-commerce agency or consulting - E-commerce expertise - Fluent in English

MISSION : Manage a portfolio of 3 to 4 eCommerce customers (online sales of 5M and more) and help them increase their online sales (+15% min.) by advising them on best practices and services available on the eCommerce platform.

EXPECTED RESULTATS :

Onboard customers, once the e-store is delivered, with the project manager ; supervise the adoption, training and use of the platform, resolve any technical issues with the tech team.

Accompany clients in their eCommerce expansion; share tactical advice, coordinate the execution of events and promotions with the Growth Manager and Store Ops team, conduct business reviews and identify opportunities to sell additional services to increase their online sales.

Identify product and service improvements based on customer feedback amp; needs and feed the internal roadmap of planned developments.

Work closely with sales to support pilot customers and annual contract renewals.

Manage the Pamp;L of the client portfolio to guide them in their expansion.

Excellent communicator, empathetic, highly organized and collaborative, your experience in an eCommerce agency or consulting firm allows you to understand your client's needs and to be very comfortable in a commercial relationship. You like to convince and you know how to anticipate the next steps to be a real business partner for your customers. You have a very good knowledge of ecommerce and digital MKG.
