We are looking for a People Operations Intern to oversee admin functions within our People Operations department. The People Operations Intern will be responsible for the admin side of the employee lifecycle such as putting together offer letters and employee contracts, onboarding on our HR system, implementing new company policies and maintaining the People Ops Inbox.

To be successful in this role, you should have great attention to detail, be passionate about being part of the solution and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor internal HR systems and databases (full training provided)
  • Own the admin side of the employee and contract lifecycle
  • Setting up, adapting and distributing offer letters amp; contracts as and when required
  • Design, improve and implement company policies and HR processes
  • Monitor key HR metrics and create reports for the People Operations Managers
  • Gather important information from new starters and ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Requirements

  • Genuine interest of HR principles and willingness to learn
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or any HR experience desirable but not essential
  • Passionate about improving processes and finding innovative solutions
  • Extremely organised and thrive in fast paced environments
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
