Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO

At Aptivio, the?customer success engineer?will?manage the successful implementation of our solution for our customers.?They?will?understand customer outcomes through analysis of data and feedback and turn this into onboarding and retention strategies as well as feed into the product road map.?They will?be involved in all aspects of support, account management, demonstrating the product, educating customers and more. All team members look to customer success for input across all key decisions.

  • Develop, support, and manage client portfolios
  • Serve as primary contact during onboarding process, end-user training, and post go-live support
  • Hold product demonstrations for customers
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience
  • Monitor and resolve support requests and issues via HubSpot Live Chat and Support Mailbox
  • Evaluate and improve tutorials, knowledge base articles and other support communication tools
  • Collaborate with development team in product design and product development stemming from customer requirements or feature requests, and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Minimize customer churn by ensuring full user engagement and adoption of the platform

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven?ability?of working in a customer facing?role with a passion for service, and demonstrate leadership qualities
  • Experience of working?with HubSpot CRM?or similar live chat platform useful but not?essential
  • High computer literacy with an aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Experience with project management

  • University / Business?or Engineering?School Graduate / Student Bac +4/Bac +5

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Job Types: Full-time
  • Salary: Paid Internship, commensurate with experience.
  • Duration: Minimum?6-month Internship, ideally 12-months. Open to Summer Internship followed by part-time during School year.
