A hands-on learning experience of the long-term strategy of Content Marketing that focuses on building a strong relationship with our target audience by giving them high-quality content. Your role will be as much doing as it is learning. Our ideal candidate has graphic design and communication skills to produce high-quality content. Applicants should be students in a post-secondary program, but recent graduates can also apply.
POSITION DUTIES:
The role will communicate and demonstrate the features, capabilities, and benefits of using the Aptivio platform to existing and prospective clients.
- Assist in research, development and curation of content ideas and research as needed.
- High-quality original content in the form of:
- Client case studies
- Competitor comparison data sheets
- Business use case articles
- White papers
- Blog content for posting on various Social Profiles, including Google Search.
- Website content management.
- Complete missing sections of our website.
- Revamp existing sections which are no longer on message.
- Identify opportunities for content promotion.
- Develop and run various marketing campaigns.
- Google AdWords campaigns.
- Personalized email campaigns using Aptivio and HubSpot.
- Prepare reports to understand effectiveness of various marketing campaigns.
- Aid in developing a database of industry resources.
- Contribute to the Marketing Playbook with thought leadership, strategic positioning, key messages, branding elements, etc.
Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Job Types:Full-time Internship
- Salary: Paid Internship, commensurate with experience
- Duration: Minimum?6-month Internship, ideally 12-months. Summer Internships followed by Part-Time during Schoolyear also an option.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Understanding of digital marketing and content marketing specifically.
- Communication, Marketing or English majors preferred.
