Overview
We are looking for a Commercial / distribution Counsel with a genuine interest in helping the
business operate and scale at speed whilst managing legal risks. You will be responsible to
ensure sustainable growth from a legal perspective.
Your responsibilities:
Support and structure the business in all areas of commercial law / distribution law
/ consumer law;
Provide pragmatic employment advice to the operations team;
Draft and negotiate commercial related agreements, Tamp;C, guidelines and policies;
Supervise and handle commercial related disputes and litigations;
Support the team with any day-to-day legal matters.
Reporting to the Head of Legal in France
Requirements
French law qualified;
3-7 years experience with a focus on commercial law;
Strong organizational skills to manage several projects smoothly and
simultaneously;
Work efficiency in a highly dynamic environment;
Strong organizational and communication skills;
Excellent English and French skills.
