About the role
As a Senior product manager, you will join the squad in charge of developing eCommerce (Amazon) based technologies. In addition, you will also contribute to create synergies amp; help on the development of SEO amp; paid media related products that can benefit from our eCommerce approach. Our current products include systems to extensively collect data, deliver advanced analytics while allowing enhanced operational productivity as well as modules dedicated to the management of sponsored ads.
As a Senior Product Manager, your missions will be to :
- Build the product vision and shape the roadmap of your squad
- Understand clients (internal and external) day to day jobs and collect subsequent needs: challenge, features expectations, usage feedbacks, etc.
- Write and present product specification as well as conceive UI / UX flow in cooperation with our product designers
- Deliver product intelligence: Product market surveillance, strategic comparisons, competitors review and positioning, etc.
The role also involves the orchestration and delivery of the roadmap:
- Communicate efficiently with the whole squad about goals, dependencies, updates and product vision
- Ensure tasks allocation, dependency management and subsequent capacity planning
- Maintain delivery tracking to report roadmap progress to the Jellyfish technology solution steering committee
And the final deployment of the tool in cooperation with CSM team:
- Provide a proper communication to stakeholders about milestones, ETAs and other key element around the project
- Support product roll out with support, analysis on usage, technical monitoring with engineering teams as well as the reporting of success metrics (NPS, impact, etc.)
- Contribute to the writing and build of any documentation (e.g. user guide) to ensure deployment and a proper adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree
- 5+ years of experience a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master or Technical Lead in a tech/web based companies
- Strong ability to understand functional / technical topics and to collaborate with developers teams for product delivery
- Outstanding analysis, orchestration communication skills that ensure the projects are delivered on time
- Passionate, innovative and fast learner with the ability to learn about our client jobs to better shape our future technological solutions
- Tremendous leadership, energy and ability to inspire teams
- Fluent in english and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Preferable knowledge:
- A previous experience in any of the following fields would be a plus: e-commerce, digital advertising, SEO, or analytics / business intelligence, digital advertising
- Experience and ability to use tools such as: Seller / Vendor Central, Search Console or alternative eCommerce solutions (Shopify, eBay, Aliexpress, etc.), Sponsored Ads, Search Console, Studio, Google GMP (SA360, DV360, etc.)
