Your mission:

This role will report directly to the Head of Business Development and will be responsible for supporting the Sales Enablement Team by assisting in the daily operations of the learning and development programs being launched.

What you’ll be responsible for :

  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement Manager to develop training and sales support materials.
  • Assist in creating training modules and presentations for the sales team
  • Manage projects around the development of our sales enablement function
  • Support the new sales hire onboarding program with delivery of appropriate training materials and tools
  • Update and catalog all presentation content and supporting material for training programs

A little about you :

  • Previous experience in project management or sales role (1 to 3 years), ideally in a start-up
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in English
  • Experience collaborating across multifunctional teams including pre-sales managers, sales managers, and account management teams
  • Self-motivated team player able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
