The Client Development Manager is responsible for the execution of the business development, prospection efforts of the European Region (mostly with brands having a global coverage). Through consistency, repeated and meaningful interactions with future clients, (s)he will make sure CXG/Albatross CX is considered top of mind for CX transformation amp; measurement projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To study and understand the luxury retail landscape and trends in order to identify opportunities within our target industries
- To articulate a clear business development strategy made of communication, prospection, events and Proof of Concepts
- To identify the potential clients and understand their needs
- To partner with other Business Units amp; expertise within the Group to coordinate the design of inspiring proposals
- To craft relevant, innovative and exciting commercial offers to match their priorities
- To present our proposal to the key stakeholders, follow through until closure through creativity and relationship-building
- To oversee the contract negotiation until closing
- To work towards achieving financial growth
- To represent Albatross CX/Customer Experience Group at networking events, trade shows, and other social occasions
- To find and develop new markets
- To be involved in internal taskforces to ensure constant growth and innovation within Albatross CX/Customer Experience Group
Requirements
EDUCATION amp; EXPERIENCE
- University Degree in Business or Marketing
- 3+ years’ experience in business development, selling B2B services, client management
- Passionate about Client Experience, Omnichannel, Retail amp; New Retail
- Ability to motivate and inspire people around you.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are comfortable when being challenged.

- Fluent in English amp; French, excellent written communication in both languages. Italian would be a plus
